The Think Tank

13 December 2016

Everyone has that one place that they can go away to and shut out the rest of the world, right? In honor of this past weeks, Fan Favorite Photo, I am using this image to represent one of those places where you can be alone to think and thus come up with some of your most brilliant ideas.

So here is this week's list of the brilliant ideas I am working on:

--Starting this next year, me and another local artist who is a painter, are going to be looking at ways we can connect as Christian artists and encourage each other as we use the talents God has given us for His glory. If you are a Christian artist in the Charleston area, you are welcome to join us in this discussion. Just drop me an email or private message me on Facebook and I can pass on the details as I have them.

--Still working on memorizing Psalm 119. I only have 48 verses to go. I think I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. This has been about a 4 year project now with many stops and starts. --I am still looking for a good location to shoot machinery gears and parts for my Lightbox Photography Card challenge. If anyone has some ideas of where I can look, please drop me a note on Facebook or through email at

--Still working out and seeing small signs of progress. I no longer think I am going to die while working out and I am enjoying the process. If you are looking for an online fitness coach to help you start your new year with a personalized fitness plan, I encourage you to look up Jon Haas at Warrior Fitness

--The Christmas discount is still available to anyone who is ordering prints. It is a savings of 25%. Just use discount code Noel2016.

--I am currently discussing with a local business the possibility of my photography being included in their remodel. Your prayers are appreciated on this. I will share more if things work out.

--Still looking for a few people who will commit to praying for me and Dawnita Hall Photography. I think this is one of the most important things that can be done to make sure I am doing everything to glorify God and not myself. Thanks to those who have already committed to do so.

If you have any thoughts, ideas, or suggestions, please let me know on Facebook or by email at Thanks for all the encouraging notes you have been sending me and for sharing what I post with others. Also, thanks to those who have made purchases from my website in this past week. I appreciate each of you!
